Dye Interventions: Changing the Color of Your World

At Wanza, our specialty lies in the process of cut and sew, which allows us to take your ideas and bring those ideas to life by constructing high quality garments.  Our skilled artisans will craft your order to perfection with great thought put into the fit and overall finish of each piece. The process is time-consuming and detail oriented. From rending to stitching, shaping garments just for your body, we will put extra care into every step.

Our Dye Interventions:

Reactive Dyeing: Reactive There’s nothing like a beautiful new pair of jeans! Reactive dyeing is a common method of dyeing cellulosic fibers such as cotton and rayon. Reactive dyes form a permanent bond with the fabric which provides good colorfastness and brilliance.

Acid Dyeing: Acid Dyes are a superb method of dyeing proteinaceous fiber such as wool, silk, and nylon. Acid dyes have myriad shades to choose from, and they generally afford excellent color fastness to light and washing.

Disperse Dyeing: Disperse dyes are used to dye polyester and acetate fibers. Disperse dyes are finely divided pigments that can invade the fabric, and form a permanent bond to the fabric.

Vat dyes: Vat dyes have a variety of uses as well, traditionally used to dye cotton, linen, and jute. Vat dyes typically have good lightfastness, washing fastness, and bleach fastness.

The Benefits of Our Dye Services:

Vibrant Colors: We are able to specify many shades. Our excellent technicians will have your dyeing form soft pastels to vibrant shades.

Colorfastness: The second benefit is excellent colorfastness!

Sustainability: The third benefit is sustainability. Dyeing interventions can generate hazardous waste which we attempt to minimize as best as we can.

Customization: The last benefit is customization. Whether you need your dyed fabrics built to meet a specific shade, or to meet specifications not exactly published and agreed upon.
